• Clients must provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
• Clients must ensure that the property where services are to be performed is accessible and safe for our technicians.
• Clients are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for us to perform our services on their property.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods as specified at the time of service.
• Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may incur late fees and interest charges.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Liability and Warranty

• We provide a limited warranty for our services and products as specified at the time of service.
• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse or improper installation of our products by anyone other than our technicians.
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
